Five courses, each built around roughly ten hours of instruction. Format and pacing are flexible: weekly two-hour sessions, weeknight or weekend tracks, intensive sprints, or a mix that fits the cohort and partner. Partners are encouraged to bring their own lectures, which can replace or extend parts of any section, so each course pairs a stable hands-on lab core with partner expertise. Teams build working proofs of concept between sessions and can present their projects at a demo day.

Each course adds one layer to the agent payment stack. Builders first learn to move money safely, then to prove who authorized it, then to keep that authority in force over time, then to pass it across agents, and finally to connect buyer agents to real merchant surfaces.

1. Pay | Machine Commerce 101: MPP, Tempo and the Agent Payment Stack
Discover paid services, negotiate HTTP 402 terms and execute payment.
Build: a 402-aware client that validates payment challenges, selects a rail within budget and records every receipt in an append-only ledger.
2. Prove | Build Trust Into Agentic Commerce
Add AP2 authorization, MongoDB evidence, audit trails and dispute reconstruction.
Build: an evidence store that can reconstruct any disputed purchase from its authorizations, signatures and receipts.
3. Persist | Grant, Execute, Revoke: Standing Authority for Machine Payments
Govern recurring authority with execution-time checks, step-up authorization, revocation and refund controls.
Build: a standing-authority service that rechecks every recurring charge at execution time and supports step-up approval, revocation and refunds.
4. Delegate | Delegate, Attenuate, Account: Multi-Hop Authority for Machine Payments
Carry permission across multiple agents while preserving limits, attribution and partial-completion evidence.
Build: a multi-agent purchase chain where each hop narrows permissions and every partial completion leaves an auditable record.
5. Discover | Discover, Negotiate, Prepare: UCP Commerce for Buyer Agents
Discover merchant profiles, negotiate capabilities, search catalogs and prepare checkout handoffs without executing payment.
Build: a buyer agent that finds merchants, compares capabilities and hands off a ready-to-approve checkout.
Why it comes last: this course points everything built in Courses 1 to 4 at real merchant surfaces. Builders arrive with payment, evidence and authority layers already in place, so discovery becomes the front door to a stack that can safely finish the transaction.
